摘要: 鼻整形重建手术中常需要自体软骨移植以进行结构及外观之改变, 肋软骨以其可提供大量材料且可提供鼻组织的结构支撑而为重要之自体软骨移植物,但肋软骨有其优缺点, 耳鼻喉科医师需要熟练其技术方能顺利运用并避免可能的并发症。
